We will perform a non-invasive visual inspection of the Property and provide you with a written report identifying items that we observed and deemed material across a dozen major categories such as: Exterior, Roof, Structure, Water Control Systems, Insulation and Ventilation, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fuel Services, Appliances and Environmental Systems. If we identify issues, we provide you with specific recommendations and next steps. Our inspectors are licensed per the state requirements and uphold national home inspection standards. Our team is also insured.

Our inspection reports include comprehensive details of any defects found in the home, as well as a summary of all repairs required, and images of everything examined. You can find a sample inspection report here.

Currently, free repair estimates are standard with all home inspections in the DFW Metro, Atlanta Metro, and all California markets. We are adding new markets very soon!
